The Pasco Chamber of Commerce mission is to foster a vibrant local
business environment and to enhance the quality of life in our region.
The Pasco Chamber of Commerce was established in 1912 and has served as the “front door” for tens of thousands of individuals and businesses for
100 years. From business to agriculture to education, the Chamber is a
major supporter of the Greater Pasco Area. Be sure to check out our most

The Chamber focuses on Economic Development through out the region with key partnerships with Franklin PUD, Port of Pasco, Pasco School District, The City of Pasco, Lourdes Health Network, TRAC Center, Mid-Columbia Libraries, TRIDEC, and Visit Tri-Cities, just to name a few.
Meet our Board of Directors
The Pasco Chamber of Commerce is governed by a Board of Directors that meet monthly to discuss the affairs of the Chamber. The Board consists of at least 12 directors each bringing a unique background of expertise to the Chamber. The Board of Directors serve a 3 year term.
Meet Our Team

Colin Hastings
Prior to accepting the Executive Director position for the Pasco Chamber in 2011, Colin and his wife owned a couple of small service-retail businesses and operated a small cherry orchard outside of Pasco.
Before returning to Tri-Cities from 8 years in the Seattle Area, Colin worked and consulted on numerous local, federal and statewide election campaigns. Upon his return to Pasco, Colin served as the Government Affairs Director for the Home Builders Association of Tri-Cities. He continues to consult on grassroots mobilization for business, transportation, energy and agriculture for Drake Strategies.
Colin sits on the Hanford Area Economic Investment Fund (hanfordfund.com), Meier Architecture & Engineering Board of Directors, and President of the Annual Water Follies event featuring Unlimited Hydroplane Races held each year in the Tri-Cities. He belongs to the Pasco Kiwanis Club and Pacific Technology Alliance promoting rural broadband access and sits on the Washington Policy Center Eastern WA Advisory Board.
Colin graduated from Seattle University with a degree in Business Administration. He and his wife Lara have two young and energetic sons.

Kelly McGrath
Kelly has over a decade of event planning, sales and customer service experience. Kelly will be leading the Pasco Chamber’s events such as RiverFest, Mid-Columbia Ag Hall of Fame, CrawFest and many other member/community programs and monthly luncheons. She will be staff liaison to the Pasco Posse and is currently helping the committee’s formation.

Megan Martin
Megan has lived in the Tri-Cities for most of her life and is proud to call it home. She grew up in Richland and graduated from Hanford Highschool. After attending college out of state, Megan moved back to the Tri-Cities and entered the local workforce.
Megan has four years of computer and customer service experience after working in her university’s IT department. She has over four years of graphic and artistic training, as well as photography knowledge, which she pursues as a hobby.
She is excited to work with the local business owners, as much of her family has a business-owning history in the area.
